Mr. Schmidt has or currently resides on the Board of Directors of various Corporations including: Direct Broadcast Service Inc., Direct Connect USA Inc., Pioneer Communications - an Asbury Park Press Company, Hy-Point Communications Inc., Scrubb Pine Telecommunications Inc., Atlantic Coast Broadcasting, WCE26 TV, New York. Mr. Schmidt is also a member of numerous Trade, Volunteer, and/or Educational organizations. They include: Radio Club of America; Society of Broadcast Engineers; Executive Board of Advisors of Monmouth County, NJ Vocational Schools; Board of Advisors to the President of Brookdale Community College, Monmouth County New Jersey; Co-Chair of Industry Telecommunications Association (ITA); and Council of Independent Communications Supplier (CICS).
